Adaptation and reconstruction of the building was completed in 2021. with the energy reconstruction and equipping of the facility. The total capacity of the facility is 43 beds, with a large space for camping above the home. The beds are arranged in 4 five-bed, 2 seven-bed rooms and one nine-bed room, which, together with the kitchen and bathroom, represents a separate unit – a mountain apartment. The facility is equipped with a total of 6 showers, 6 toilets, two kitchens and a common area adapted for educational purposes. As part of the energy reconstruction, works were carried out on the building, which, together with a high-efficiency biomass heating system and a thermosolar system for heating sanitary water, rounded off our home as ecologically desirable and sustainable. The attractiveness of the location of the mountain lodge is certainly contributed by the proximity of Lake Perućac (2km) and well-marked and well-maintained hiking trails to the attractive Taran viewpoints Banjska Stena (7km), Orlov Vis (3km), Bilješka Stena (9km), Drlije (12km), Trešnjevac (3.5km) and to the nearby stećak – a site under UNESCO protection (<1km).
