Meat, cooked dishes and grilled dishes have been prepared traditionally for many years. Cooking on beech charcoal, selected type and quality of always fresh meat, gives a special aroma and experience to the meal. Our way of growing food requires much more effort and work, sweat and blood precisely because we do not use any chemical preparations when growing our vegetables. Our guests recognized our efforts.
